You will be the face of True North Aero.
When projects are being initiated, you will work with the customer's installation teams to define their needs, and their expectations.
During the design phases, you may be back at your desk working out the details, before getting back liaising with the customer, performing tests, and ensuring the final design conforms with the final build.
You will be responsible for analyzing the customer's requirements and providing suggestions regarding system architecture.
You have great opportunities to come up with innovative ways to meet customer requirements.
There are analytical aspects to this role such as system safety and mechanical system analysis, and establishing means of complying with regulatory requirements.

As an aerospace component designer, you will work with detailed component design, you will be our manfucturing expert and your role will be to ensure we are providing optimal solutions to our customers.
Our installation designers are responsible for whole installation and integration design.
You will help design and validate that our solutions meet the requirements of our customers while being compliant with aircraft and regulatory requirements.
Your role will be to validate that our solutions will not fail structurally in service.
We are looking for systems and structures stress engineers.
There are avionics and electrical aspects to many of our projects. You will be responsible for designing electrical and avionic systems and system modifications for all kinds of aircraft.
You will also be required to validate your designs for customer and regulatory compliance.
In your capacity as a Materials and Process analyst, you will need to understand each customer's capabilities, as well as the project requirements. You will provide suggestions to the team about how to best ensure our solutions are achievable by proposing the use of materials and processes that are relevant to our projects.
Our cost and weight engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring our solutions are achievable on target.
You will work with the team to ensure total solution costs are within our customer's budget.
True North Aero project managers are technically capable leaders who have a passion for bringing together a team and completing projects.
If you've had some experience in a technical role, and want to take a leap into leadership, this role will offer the challenge you are seeking.
Our aircraft configuration controllers are responsible for maintaining project configurations. From drawing trees to report structures, our configuration controllers ensure all aspects of an aircraft design, or design change are accounted for.
Our aircraft certification managers work with our configuration controllers and project managers to ensure that all certification documentation is completed and that all certification requirements are met.
We are currently building the True North Aero team.
